Describing Trends (การอธิบายแนวโน้ม)
We use the present progressive (am/is/are + verb-ing) to talk about trends or situations that are slowly changing. These are things happening 'around now', not just at this exact moment. We often use this for things related to technology, the environment, or society.
Structure: Subject + am/is/are + verb-ing.
More and more people are shopping online these days.
The Earth's climate is getting warmer.
The cost of living is increasing every year.

Personal Changes (การเปลี่ยนแปลงส่วนตัว)
You can also use the present progressive to talk about changes in your own life, skills, or health. It shows a process of development or change over time.
My English is getting better because I practice every day.
I am exercising a lot more these days to stay healthy.
He is becoming more confident since he joined the drama club.
