Using the Present Progressive for things that are changing.

Personal Changes (การเปลี่ยนแปลงส่วนตัว)

You can also use the present progressive to talk about changes in your own life, skills, or health. It shows a process of development or change over time.

My English is getting better because I practice every day.

I am exercising a lot more these days to stay healthy.

He is becoming more confident since he joined the drama club.
