An interview (การสัมภาษณ์) is a conversation where one person asks questions to get information (ข้อมูล) from another person.
There are two main roles: the interviewer (ผู้สัมภาษณ์) who asks questions, and the interviewee (ผู้ถูกสัมภาษณ์) who answers them.

Good interviewers prepare their questions. There are two main types.
Open Questions (คำถามปลายเปิด): Give long, detailed answers. They often start with Who, What, Where, When, Why, How.
Closed Questions (คำถามปลายปิด): Give short 'Yes' or 'No' answers. They often start with Do, Is, Are, Can.

Be Polite and Listen Carefully
Being a good interviewer is not just about asking questions. You also need to be a good listener.
Smile and be friendly.

Don't interrupt. Let the person finish speaking.
