Daily Life and Future Dreams in Thailand --- On a school day, my routine is very busy. I usually wake up at 6:00 AM. After I get up, I take a shower and get dressed. For breakfast, I like to eat rice porridge, we call it 'jok'. It's warm and easy to eat. My school is not far, so I ride my bicycle to school. School starts at 8:00 AM. My favorite subject is English because I like to learn new words. After school, I go home and do my homework. Then, I have dinner with my family around 7:00 PM. I usually go to bed at 10:00 PM. A very popular dish in Thailand is Som Tum. It is a type of spicy green papaya salad. The main ingredient is green papaya, cut into long, thin strips. We mix it with tomatoes, green beans, and peanuts. The taste is very interesting. It is spicy, sour, and a little bit sweet all at the same time. We use chili, lime juice, and a little bit of sugar to make the dressing. Many people think it is very healthy. We often eat Som Tum with sticky rice and grilled chicken. For my future, I have a plan. I want to go to university in Bangkok. My first choice is Chulalongkorn University because it is a very good school. I want to study Business Administration. I am interested in how companies work and how to sell products. I think it is a very useful subject. After I graduate, I hope to get a job in a big international company. Maybe I can work in marketing.
